Our Quality Assurance System
Previously, our business divisions and production plants had each operated quality management systems based on ISO 9001, but in response to a growing awareness of the need for a groupwide quality assurance system, we established the Quality Control Committee in 2013. In this manner, we are working to maintain and enhance our quality control system companywide in Japan.
In regard to the Quality Products Supervisory Department, which is a companywide organization, we have assigned personnel responsible for the quality control department at each operational division. Through this approach, we are revising our quality management structure, reinforcing support for quality management system activities at individual operational divisions and business sites, and striving to maintain and enhance the groupwide quality assurance structure.
