Policy on the Management of Chemical Substances

Prohibited Substance Designation

To ensure the safety of employees while protecting the environment and providing safe and reliable products for our customers, Dainichiseika Color & Chemicals Mfg. Co., Ltd., along with our domestic subsidiaries and affiliates, consistently and thoroughly manages all chemicals to ensure they do not contain prohibited substances.

Prohibited Substance Verification

In cooperation with our suppliers, we conduct material examinations when procuring and selecting raw materials. Through those findings and the relevant SDS, we verify that they do not contain prohibited substances.

Application of Material Examination Results

Through entering the resulting data from material examinations in our chemical database system, we use it for our products' SDS formulations, occupational safety, and environmental management tools.

Response to Hazards

Dainichiseika Color & Chemicals Mfg. Co., Ltd. and its domestic subsidiaries and affiliates receive information and opinions from our customers, and in coordination with the relevant organizations, formulate prompt responses according to the situation.
